Prof. Dr. Erdal Ozhan, from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, the chairman of Medcoast, declares for "Adevarul": in a possible ream of Black Sea,  "Romanian and Bulgarian beaches are the best. Even more attractive than Turkish beaches because of the climate which is more agreeable here than in Turkey.  But surely Turkey has luck with the beaches from Mediterranean Sea. He was shocked by the manner in which the Romanian beaches are managed, this natural riches, specifying that "In Chicago for similar "slatternliness" 50 from 64 beaches have been temporally closed". Professor Allan Williams and Prof. Dr. Roger Charlier from Bath Spa University, UK have strengthened what he said, astonishing how the patrimonial riches is so modest capitalized. In their opinion, beaches should be managed by the local Mayoralty (not by  the Romanian Water Company as it happen nowadays)  to improve the  beach management
